I got my hair cut as short as dad’s today! :) The barber only know how to work with short hair, so even telling them to only use a 4, they still shave your head with a 2-- so now I’m rocking a shaved head :( it’s okay though it was free--the guy after me is wealthy and loves to see white people so he paid for me. It’s really funny, every one either wants money or wants to show they have money :)
This week was hard. I am in the process of learning patience and how to be bold.
I was able to give a talk in Sacrament meeting and the people here don't get American jokes but it’s okay, I’m used to awkward situations. It was on missionary work so obviously I emphasized home teaching :) It really does build and maintain a firm foundation for the church to grow in that area.
I was also able to say the sacrament prayer and that really helped me to remember Christ.
As we remember Christ we won’t be afraid to go home teaching.
If we understand the atonement, we will realize that there will be no more suffering for Christ. No matter how many more people accept the gospel and repent. He has already paid for us all.
As we understand Him we will share His love. We will share His truth. We will show charity and serve our fellow man (and woman) by sharing the gospel with them.
